  • Office Operations ManagerResponsibilities: Lead a 2~3 person team to perform below job functions and to communicate with Taiwan headquarters to process instructions.

    • Bookkeeping, including reconciliation, invoicing, AP, AR, utilizing in-house system
    • Assist in preparation of quotes, sales orders and fulfill orders from retail channels
    • Manage logistics and shipping department staff on a daily basis
    • Direct carriers and custom brokers to manage inbound international shipments
    • Manage inventory and internal/3PL warehouses

    • Manage and supervise staff tasked with creating material requirement plans and/or forecasts
    • Establish, implement and update eCommerce fraud prevention to safeguard company products and prevent potential losses
    • Analyze data and review consolidated reports with directors

    • Close out jobs and ensure paperwork is complete, accurate and in compliance with our ISO Standards.
    • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures based on group policy and regulation; measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments
    • Other tasks assigned as needed
      Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • 3+ years of progressive managerial and hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably for an eCommerce or a 3rd party logistics (3PL) company
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingual in English and Mandarin required
    • Superior analytical skills and accuracy inventory management
    • Proficient in Fraud Prevention
    • Proficient in eCommerce (Amazon Seller/Vendor, Walmart, Best Buy, Newegg, etc.)
    • Proficient in mathematics and Excel
    • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize work
